manufacture, repair and service products used in the drilling and completion of

transportation of oil and gas. Our products are used in both onshore and
offshore applications throughout the world. Our customer base consists of
leading drilling contractors, exploration and production companies and pipeline
companies, including Nabors Drilling International, Grey Wolf Drilling, Diamond
Offshore Drilling, Weatherford International, Frontier Drilling, Noble Drilling,
Transocean, Marathon Petroleum Company and Exxon Mobil Corporation, among
