As used in this document, the term "PCS" refers to Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. and the terms "we," "us," "our," "PotashCorp" and the "Company" refer to PCS and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, individually or in any combination, as applicable. We are the world`s largest integrated fertilizer and related industrial and feed products company. We are the largest producer of potash worldwide by capacity. In 2007, we estimate our potash operations represented 17% of global production and 22% of global potash capacity. We are the second largest nitrogen producer worldwide by ammonia capacity. In 2007, we estimate our nitrogen operations produced 2% of the world`s ammonia production. We are the third largest producer of phosphates worldwide by capacity. In 2007, we estimate our phosphate operations produced 6% of world phosphoric acid production.
